Stan Godwin – President, ICE Construction

Stan Godwin is the President of ICE Construction and a respected leader in the North American steel and industrial construction industry with nearly four decades of hands-on experience in steel processing, industrial installation, project management, and equipment integration.

Since entering the steel industry in 1988, Stan has built a career defined by innovation, execution, and leadership. Throughout his career, he has held key roles with Schueck Steel, Delta Technologies, and ICE Construction, helping lead major projects that have shaped some of the most recognized steel operations in North America.

Stan has contributed to the successful construction, installation, and expansion of facilities for industry leaders including Big River Steel, Nucor Steel, Steel Dynamics, Gerdau, SSAB, and numerous other major producers and processors across the United States and Canada. His expertise spans project management, industrial construction consulting, equipment procurement, CTL line installations, mill modernization, and large-scale industrial service operations.

Under Stan’s leadership, ICE Construction has grown into one of the industry’s trusted specialists for turnkey Cut-to-Length (CTL) line installations, equipment relocation, shutdown services, and steel processing system integration. ICE Construction is recognized for providing start-to-finish industrial solutions with a strong commitment to safety, integrity, quality workmanship, and customer service.

Stan is widely recognized for his ability to bridge traditional industrial construction practices with emerging technologies.
